Unraveling More VOICES Family Ties

We’re strumming to the beat of ‘We are Family’ only because here at VOICES this song really defines who we are. Yes that’s right, the magic and power of VOICES has given us all a second family, who can blame us for calling VOICES rehearsals our very own ‘home away from home’? And that’s not all. So many family members have joined the VOICES community together and spend quality fun family time with the rest of the VOICES clan. Want a couple of ‘for instances’? Read on.

The Mother, Aunt and Daughter Trio (& more)
Faye Micallef Grimaud shares ‘ My mother, my aunt and myself are all part of the VOICES family and in previous shows two of my cousins also participated!’

The Father & Daughter Story
Miriana Ferrito shares ‘My dad Stephen Ferrito and I members of the VOICES family! It’s great father/daughter quality time’

How can we end this two part series without shining a light on the incredible Naudi family? Here’s what Flossie Naudi sent us!

Let’s go back to the very first concert at college – Louis, my sister Sue, my brother and his wife Moira and I were all on stage. During the interval my other sister Angie (who is singing this year), my cousin Veronica were manning the food stalls and in the run up to the day my other sisters Gillian, Jenny and Gillian’s husband Philippe were all busy making posters with the prices, packing sandwiches and basically getting the place ready for the evenings and Concert. There’s more – I was pregnant with my son Peter!’

Now if that isn’t a show-stopping story we don’t know what is! The Naudi family is the heart and soul of VOICES and throughout the years, they have inspired and encouraged so many of Malta’s talent.

Getting into the mood for music? We’d love to welcome you to the VOICES family! Book your tickets online here and get ready for to a VOICES bear-hug.
