A celebration of 20 years of the VOICES experience

VOICES celebrates its 20th year with a commemorative publication that takes a look back at all previous editions of the popular VOICES concerts. The issue of the book coincides with this year’s Listen to the Music concerts held between 6-17 October at the Mediterranean Conference Centre.

The publication is a 144-page full colour pictorial retrospective, charting the 11 concerts from the ground-breaking first show at St Aloysius’ College in 1991, through the years at University and from 1998 at the Mediterranean Conference Centre.

Chapters include fascinating facts and insights into the show’s history, the band, the audience, the song selection process, the comperes, rehearsals and the technical side.

This 20th anniversary publication is a tribute to all those who have helped make VOICES what it is today. VOICES concerts function on a voluntary and charity level, offering a positive and fulfilling experience for everyone concerned, whether singers, organizers, musicians or audience.

VOICES is one of Malta’s longest running and most successful live performances of its kind, currently entertaining 14,000 people of all ages over ten nights.
